Opera Soufflé
Opera Soufflé produced high quality comedy entertainment using mostly Operatic repertoire, with the aim not only of entertaining, but also to present Opera in a way which would be more appealing to a wider audience. Anna Pelly founded and ran Opera Soufflé with business partner Louise Woodgate. Anna was writer and lyricist for Opera Soufflé, and wrote five totally original shows for the company which she and Louise developed and performed extensively around a wide range of venues.
